Focus on the customer with...
   Tooling and CAD Services

Our on-site CAD and Tool shop is capable of building and maintaining all of our prototype and production tooling. This affords Plastomer the flexibility to prioritize its schedules according to our customers needs. In addition, tools are maintained at peak performance levels to meet quality and productivity expectations.  The CAD system we use allows us to utilize customer's CAD files, such as Catia IV, Catia V, UGNX, ProE, Auto Cad (DXF & DWG), IGES, STEP, and others. For special formats we contract with an outside source, so that our customers still receive convenient service.

Focus on the customer with...
Advanced Quality and Design Planning Guide (AQDPG)

The Advanced Quality and Design Planning Guide was developed by Plastomer as a part of our focus on customer satisfaction.

Customers who design and release efficient Foam products, that are made right the first time, will reap both economic and performance benefits.

The guide, including information from this website, includes all of the information and design tips that one will need to create the requirements for an efficient finished foam product. To become familiar with its contents, visit the Index of the Guide and go to the areas that address your needs. Ask us if you do not find the solution to a particular question in the Guide.
