Plastomer flexible polyurethane foam products exhibit the engineered quality and consistency that we build into them.  Applications and features include:

By making our own tools and Foams, applying the adhesive backings and performing die cutting and finished part fabricating, Plastomer represents a completely self contained production environment with unequalled ability to respond quickly and control costs.

We currently produce dozens of custom foams to meet specific customer needs.  This capability to manufacture our own foams increases our service capabilities.  In addition, it creates both economic and product advantages for our customers.

At Plastomer we compound and laminate our own pressure sensitive adhesives as backings for our die cut products.  The adhesives provide a quick initial bond to plastic, metal or glass surfaces.  Since we engineer the adhesives in house, ongoing experiments are conducted in our laboratory to develop more aggressive high tack formulations that address bonding to low surface energy materials like polypropylene plastic and its many configurations including curved, flat or wrap-around shapes.
