Presssure Sensitive Adhesives |
Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA) - Many Die Cut Products include a PSA backing to enable the foam part to adhere to the Customers substrate. Typically these would include injection or blow molded plastic, aluminum, metal or glass substrates. We can add these pressure sensitive adhesives to all of our urethane foam materials. The selection of the proper adhesive includes considerations such as; part orientation, expected temperature exposures, if mechanically Retained and substrate to be attached to.
All plastomer materials can be provided with pressure sensitive adhesive backings. For more helpfull information regarding the use of pressure sensitive adhesives, please see the Design Guide, in particular sections 1.08 thru 1.26. |
